The Polaris RZR Pro R is already one of the most versatile machines on the market—but this rock-focused suspension kit pushes it even further. By re-engineering key suspension components, it transforms the Pro R into a true trail and rock weapon with increased clearance and durability where it matters most.

Front A-Arm Changes

The stock shock fork design has been eliminated, allowing for an impressive 4" of added ground clearance with the lower control arms. This not only improves obstacle clearance but also reduces leverage on the shock shaft, promoting longer shock life and improved ride dynamics for rock crawling.

Trailing Arm Changes

In the rear, the factory toe link setup is removed and replaced with a fixed toe link integrated directly into the trailing arm. This change results in a massive 3.5" increase in rear ground clearance, while also eliminating the common snag point that hangs up on rocks and trail debris.

Important Note

While the fixed toe link eliminates the factory dynamic toe adjustment and introduces some toe variation throughout the suspension cycle, the difference is negligible from the driver's seat. The trade-off is well worth the gain in strength and clearance for aggressive trail and rock riders.

Pro R Rock Series Kit – Key Features

Front Fork Delete for Maximum Clearance

Eliminating the factory shock fork allows for a full 4" of additional front ground clearance, giving you more room to tackle rocks, ruts, and rugged terrain. The eyelet to replace the fork is provided in the kit.

Toe Link Delete Trailing Arms

Redesigned trailing arms remove the factory toe link and integrate a fixed toe, providing 3.5" of added rear ground clearance and eliminating a common hang-up point on rocky trails.

High-Quality USA-Made Grooved Delrin Bushings

Includes high-performance Delrin bushings for long-lasting durability and smooth, quiet operation under harsh conditions, with thousands of race-tested miles. Bushings are grooved to disperse grease between the bushings and the crush sleeves.

Grease Zerk Fittings on All A-Arms

All A-arms come pre-installed with grease zerks, making maintenance quick and easy.
